I lost a valuable watch in Waiheke Island in our recent excursion organised by your Royal Caribbean team but Kayak business owner, Ross Barnett managed to find it and post it back to us in Melbourne. I can’t express my gratitude enough as this watch had a significant importance for me. A big plus point to Royal Caribbean for organizing with professional tour operators.

To compliment, we just returned to Melbourne from another exciting cruise experience with Radiance of the sea and had the best of time with my family. Our 1st excursion was overwhelming on arrival to Auckland with no clue on Kayaking but this was a highlight for all of us. It was fun and Ross was very friendly and he made sure we had a great experience and we were not disappointed. What a charmer, loaded with personality and very professional and easy to be with. He hang around until we were finished to see us safely to the boat for the trip back to town. Would definitely recommend him to people that enjoy outdoor activities.
