Freedom Hire options

Quality Stand-Up paddle boards & Kayaks are available for hire by the hour. We have single and double Kayak options to suit varying weights.  These are great way to explore Matiatia harbour with our easy highlights map & for the more adventurous you may venture outside of the bay. Whether you have just an hour or many a great experience is certain.

Electric Bikes - Hire or Guided

Whilst Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) Windsurfing & Sailing are our passions we have several additional fun activities right here on site. We have Electric mountain bikes for hire. Families & Groups love our famous Bumper Balls and our new Archery Tag game. We have lots of open space along side our base, for rolling around silly and doing battle with your friends.

Sea Kayaking experiences

Our journeys often begin at Matiatia bay providing a sheltered  start to your Waiheke Kayaking experience. From here we turn North or South to suit the conditions exploring the stunning coastline and keeping an eye our for bird and sea-life. In many places not a sole can be seen whilst others provide a glimpse of the Islands bach covered recent history.
